Three Tuns


In the heart of Slough proudly stands The Three Tuns. This grade II listed building was built in the 1700’s and is 1 of the 2 surviving coaching inns that Slough has to offer. After many modernizations to the internal layout, the building itself remains much as it was in earlier years, when the prestigious and working-class combined would seek residence and refuel their energy before the journey ahead. It has been documented that Royalty have even attended meetings within the building. Steeped in history and stories of the past, nothing could be more exciting than the current venture at The Tuns, after receiving a much-needed refurbishment in June 2017 and launching Masala & Coal, the building has had a brand-new burst of energy, pulling in customers from the local area and further, the success of which has firmly placed The Three Tuns as the flagship destination of Masala & Coal.


Located on the A355 off the M4 (Junction 6), we are a stone’s throw from:

Masala & Coal at The Three Tuns boasts a newly refurbished sun locked garden terrace. In mid 2018 we also added a summer bar, perfect for those lazy summer evenings with an great selection of frozen cocktails. Great for enjoying sports on our selection of outdoor screens, booking in advance is highly recommended.




Masala & Coal at The Three Tuns is infamous for its coverage of all major sporting events, from football to rugby we endeavour to show as many matches as possible. We are proud to show Sky sports and Bt Sports, we are also known to show most boxing matches. It is always advised to book in advance to avoid disappointment.




Masala & Coal at The Three Tuns has a 40 space car park to the rear of the building, the entrance being on the Farnham Road opposite the Metro Bank.
